MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 Dominates Benchmarks, Outperforms Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy
Mediatek is expected to launch the Dimensity 9300 with a unique octa-core CPU, and today the platform appeared on AnTuTu’s database. The SoC posted a result of over 2 million, which is a new high, and the scores for every single component is also noteworthy, hinting at a remarkable competition against the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy.
However, fresh insights have emerged about the Dimensity 9300 chip, thanks to results obtained from the AnTuTu benchmark platform.
AnTuTu’s findings indicate that MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 has breached the 2 million points mark in its tests, highlighting its formidable capabilities. According to the benchmark, the chip comprises four Cortex-X4 and four Cortex-A720 cores, a powerful combination for optimal performance.
The Dimensity 9300’s performance was assessed on a device equipped with 16 GB of RAM and a generous 512 GB of internal storage. The benchmark results are equally impressive, with scores of 485,064 and 899,463 points in the CPU and GPU tests, respectively.
Building on previous Geekbench results, the Dimensity 9300 will employ a unique “1+3+4” architecture, featuring four cores clocked at 2 GHz, three at 2.85 GHz, and one powerful core at 3.25 GHz. It scored 2,139 and 7,110 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
Notably, these scores outperform the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which had recorded 2,234 and 6,807 points in the same test. As of now, AnTuTu hasn’t disclosed the results of the Qualcomm platform, leaving room for further anticipation.

New Developments from OPPO:
After the successful launch of the OPPO Find N3 in both the Chinese and global markets, the renowned Chinese manufacturer is gearing up to introduce another cutting-edge device shortly. A mysterious phone with the code “PHZ110” surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking platform.
While its official name remains undisclosed, it appears to be a part of the Find X7 line. What sets this device apart is that it was tested with the Dimensity 9300, which delivered superior performance compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy.
According to the data in the Geekbench database, the OPPO phone (PHZ110) is powered by MediaTek’s unreleased Dimensity 9300 platform, boasting a formidable architecture featuring four cores clocked at 2 GHz, three at 2.85 GHz, and one at 3.25 GHz.
In the single-core test, the Dimensity 9300 scored an impressive 2,139 points, while the multi-core test yielded an astounding 7,110 points. These results strongly suggest that MediaTek’s platform outshines the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, which managed scores of 2,234 and 6,807 points on Geekbench.
However, it’s essential to note that Apple’s A17 Pro still maintains a higher score than both of these platforms in Geekbench tests. The listing also confirms that the tested Dimensity 9300 boasts 16 GB of RAM, promising an efficient multitasking experience.
Regrettably, there are no additional details available about the test or the specific OPPO PHZ110 phone. In the forthcoming weeks, we can expect more information and specifications to surface through official certifications and leaks.
