Nvidia GeForce NOW 1440p Gameplay in Chrome Browser
Cloud Gaming Service, NVIDIA announced in a blog post that a new Nvidia GeForce Now update brings to its cloud gaming service support for higher resolutions and frame rates in the Chrome browser on PC but it is limited only to its RTX 3080 subscribers can now level up their browser gameplay at up to 1440p at 120 frames per second (2560 X 1440) QHD.
NVIDIA added that to use this new feature “No app install is required” — Just open a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser on your PC/Laptop and go to > play.geforcenow.com, > select these new resolutions and refresh rates from the GeForce NOW Settings menu > and jump into games in seconds, with less friction or downloads.
In addition to this NVIDIA highlights that they are adding 6 new releases this week to its catalog;
- Thymesia (New release on Steam, Aug. 18)
- Century: Age of Ashes (Steam)
- Clanfolk (Steam)
- Coromon (Steam)
- HYPERCHARGE: Unboxed (Steam)
- Phoenix Point (Epic Games Store)
