The major highlight of the new Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone will comes with 240W fast charging support, Ahead of the official launch, the smartphone has reportedly appeared on the Chinese certification site, TENAA, revealing its more key specifications.

According to the Chinese certifying authority TENAA certification (via GSMArena) : The upcoming Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone will have two different variants with different battery capacities as highlighted by the TENAA certification documentation: one with model code RMX3706 and another with RMX3708. The only difference between the two is the battery capacity. The former has a rated battery capacity of 2,425 mAh, while the latter has 2,225 mAh. That means the typical battery capacity of RMX3706 and RMX3708 will be 4,850 mAh and 4,450 mAh, respectively. This is assuming the smartphones are packing dual-cell batteries.
Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone will come with big 6.74-inch AMOLED display with 2,772×1,240-pixel resolution and an octa-core processor with a max frequency of 3GHz. It is rumoured that the Realme GT Neo 5 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which powers a slew of flagship smartphones from last year.
The new Realme phone may include a triple rear camera system, comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor likely with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 2-megapixel unit. At the front, there could be a 16-megapixel selfie snapper.
Both variants will have three RAM (8GB/12GB/16GB) and four storage (128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB) options, an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IR blaster, and 5G connectivity. Interestingly enough, despite the difference in battery size, RMX3706 and RMX3708 will be 8.9mm thick and weigh 199g.
The Realme GT Neo 5 will be unveiled next month. Realme hasn’t revealed the date yet, but we believe it will be introduced to the global markets at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain.
